Amazing service! John went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much, John!! They answered our call fast, got us a great price quote fast, and picked up our vehicle fast! They sent a text message to help us pay either cash or credit. They sent a text link to show where our tow truck driver was with the to & from destination. John called us directly within minutes, which was awesome! He went above & beyond for us by getting our keys & patiently waiting for them to give us our original parts from that crooked Hyundai dealership. They were rude & unprofessional to John when he tried to get our car. Another vehicle was blocking ours & when he asked a service member to move the car, they were very rude (the nicest way of putting it without cursing) to him. I'm sorry, John, that you had to deal with these rude, unprofessional, fraudulent crooks! Edmond Hyundai was horrible to us & gave our vehicle back to us in worse condition. My car broke down in a Barnes and Noble parking lot and Clint was able to get it back into my apartment complex like a pro. (Kind of a tight squeeze, the parking lot isn't too big.) He navigated around multiple other cars, making sure mine didn't even have a scratch on it. Absolutely amazing service and a great person, I'm so happy he was the one to take my towing request!
