I had the pleasure of meeting Nate and his teammate at the time with whom I coined Mate to assist with towing my stranded vehicle. The communication between scheduling my tow and vehicle pick up were exceptional. Nate kept me abreast with timelines. Mate knew how to drive a manual and drove my car perfectly onto the flatbed. As a female being stranded, I never felt more safe from the professionalism of Nate and his teammate, Mate. My car broke down in a Barnes and Noble parking lot and Clint was able to get it back into my apartment complex like a pro. (Kind of a tight squeeze, the parking lot isn't too big.) He navigated around multiple other cars, making sure mine didn't even have a scratch on it. Absolutely amazing service and a great person, I'm so happy he was the one to take my towing request! Amazing service! John went above and beyond for us. Thank you so much, John!! They answered our call fast, got us a great price quote fast, and picked up our vehicle fast! They sent a text message to help us pay either cash or credit. They sent a text link to show where our tow truck driver was with the to & from destination. John called us directly within minutes, which was awesome! He went above & beyond for us by getting our keys & patiently waiting for them to give us our original parts from that crooked Hyundai dealership. They were rude & unprofessional to John when he tried to get our car. Another vehicle was blocking ours & when he asked a service member to move the car, they were very rude (the nicest way of putting it without cursing) to him. I'm sorry, John, that you had to deal with these rude, unprofessional, fraudulent crooks! Edmond Hyundai was horrible to us & gave our vehicle back to us in worse condition. My roadside assistance set me up with this company. They were the most readily available to assist my vehicle in a building that had a low clearance (7 feet, 10 inch ceiling). The garage was in an obscure location difficult to describe, but the driver Jeff made the effort to find my location. The service arrived around the estimated time of arrival. This professional driver Jeff is reliable and my car reached the towing destination safely with no damages . ~ Linda M

THEY BEAT PROGRESSIVE ROADSIDE IN VALUE Progressive : 175 Them : 150 The wait was a bit long. But that was not the companies or drivers fault. Company stated they had trouble with the previous client before my pickup. Without giving details i verified with the driver they were telling the truth and were not lying just to stack up clients in a waiting que. The driver was awesome. Quick. I was becoming discouraged when I came across Towmate number. The dispatcher answered the phone quickly, answered all my questions, and provided me with reasonable quote. No sooner did we hang up, that the tow truck driver Chris called. Chris found the truck in no time. Courageously risking his life to load up the truck and deliver it to my house. Shoutout to this company and the driver Roland for their recovery service and saving my butt/vehicle. Roland was on the scene about an hour after I made the initial call. I got myself into a really, really bad roadside pickle (driver said I was his most difficult recovery yet), yet the vehicle was out after about an hour without any damage!!! I have used Tow Mate for several toes and had the same driver his name is Yasha he is a super professional driver has always made sure everything is strapped down correctly never had a problem with any scratches things dents or any of such things occurring to my vehicles and he's towed my 1940 Ford deluxe three times now all without fail super professional great guy highly highly recommended ~ Skyler P

My driver Yasha was on point. Very safe, thorough, shared over a dozen pictures of the car before and after. Ensured the VIN was added to the receipt before I could remind him because the insurance guy advised me to remind my driver once they arrived.
